Fees and Insurance FAQs
What makes your practice unique? |
As a holistic psychiatrist, I utilize a functional approach that recognizes the key role of nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management and relationships as major contributors to overall well-being. Because of my additional training in functional medicine, I am also able to offer specialized testing for nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, and genetic polymorphisms that influence how medications are metabolized in the body.

What should I expect from my first visit? |

At the end of the assessment, I will provide you with recommendations regarding lifestyle modifications, possible laboratory testing, suggested supplements, and nutritional recommendations. I'm also happy to consult with your current psychiatrist, therapist, PCP or other healthcare providers as needed.
